How Custom Wheels Work
How Custom Wheels Are Made
From your design concept to delivery, here's the complete process of building your custom wheels. Every set is hand-crafted to your exact specifications.
Design & Consultation
We start with your vision. Whether you have a specific design in mind or need guidance, we'll work with you to nail down the perfect style, size, finish, and fitment for your vehicle. Every detail matters.
CAD & Rendering
Your design is translated into precise CAD drawings. We create 3D renderings so you can visualize exactly how your wheels will look before we cut a single piece of metal. Changes are easy at this stage.
CNC Machining
The wheel faces are precision-machined on our 5-axis CNC mills. Complex spoke patterns, pockets, and contours are cut to within 0.01mm tolerances. This is where the design becomes real metal.
Assembly & Welding
For 2-piece wheels, the barrel and center are TIG-welded with full-penetration welds for strength. 3-piece wheels are assembled with aerospace-grade hardware. Every joint is inspected.
Finishing
Your chosen finish is applied: powder coating, polishing, anodizing, or custom paint. Polished wheels are hand-finished to a mirror shine. Show-quality results are the standard, not the exception.
QC & Delivery
Every wheel is hand-inspected for finish quality, dimensional accuracy, and balance. We test-fit to ensure clearance. Then they're carefully packed and shipped with full tracking.
