Shipping policy

We use and recommend Direct Freight to handle all our freight. Please note that delivery time is calculated after your order has been processed**:

Your order will most likely take less time to deliver than what we've specified.

Your order will leave our warehosue within 1 working day after you recieve order confirmation  please allow 4-5 working days for TAS, NT & WA).

If you select local pick-up and installation you will be notified by phone when your purchased items are available and are ready for installation.

*Metro Only. Rural and regional areas will attract an extra shipping cost.

** Processing Times - Please note all orders placed after 2pm Monday - Thursday will be processed on the following business day, All orders placed after 3pm Friday will be processed on Monday.

Shipping Warranty

Whilst Choosing Shipping Carrier we are able to Offer Full Shipping Insurance through FedEX (Upto $10,000 Per Consignment). Using Directfreight Express we are able to Offer Partial Shipping Insurance (Upto $1,000 Per Consignment).

Please Ensure you are Choosing the Correct Carrier based off of Your Order Total Price.
